Whitney is an immigration attorney whose practice is limited solely to Federal US Immigration and Nationality Law.

Prior to founding Drasin Law PLLC, Whitney practiced corporate immigration law with a global corporate law firm in New York City. She advised multinational corporate clients on immigrant and nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, O-1), PERM, permanent residency, citizenship and consular processing issues.

Whitney has also worked as an attorney with a small firm and interned with non-profit organizations providing family-based and humanitarian immigration assistance.
